Research and development
INOCON Technologie GmbH has numerous patents in the area of plasma nitriding, plasma arc welding and plasma arc brazing. This expertise has been expanded by extremely successful research in the area of innovative plasma coating technologies. The advancements of INOCON were accordingly emphasised and recognised with the “Upper Austria Innovation Award 2017”.

Welding technology
Joining parts together is our passion. Complicated welding geometries, fast welding speeds, complex material compositions – we create innovations to meet your requirements.
We will simulate your task in our welding laboratory so that we can implement your application in the best possible way together with you.
In our welding laboratory, we can simulate the weld joint development for our customers on 4 welding robots.
Surface technology
Since 2012, our company has developed many applications in the area of atmospheric plasma spray coating and surface pretreatment.
This involves micro- and nano coatings that are applied as functional coatings or as adhesive and anti-adhesion coatings even on sensitive surfaces such as paper, plastics, glass, ceramics and wood.
Special-purpose machine construction
In the area of machine construction and plant engineering, INOCON has been constructing production plants for almost 30 years: Ranging from small customised solutions up to large production lines and taking into account economical use of existing energy resources and series-production components – for almost all industry sectors.
